All of our travels have been done in our 2016 Thor Freedom Elite 22FE Class C motorhome. We were fortunate to purchase this new, and with less than 100 miles on the odometer. Since purchasing it, we have traveled all over the country and have made amazing memories.

Our RV is 24 feet long, 8.25 feet wide, and 10.83 feet high. With the air conditioner on the roof, we estimate a 13-foot clearance is needed. It is narrow enough to fit into a normal parking spot and can navigate city streets just fine. It drives like a Uhaul or large van. Our records show 9 to 10.5 mpg. This statistic often frightens people. However, if you know what you are getting into this is not too horrible
When we first bought it we did not feel cramped at all. However, as the kids have grown the space has gotten a lot tighter inside. There is more than enough room for food in the refrigerator, freezer, and cabinets. The propane capacity has been sufficient, and a full tank usually lasts us an entire season. Overall, our small Rv has been sufficient for our needs.

Our Thor Freedom Elite 22FE has taken us to amazing places. We have had the great pleasure of traveling cross country a number of times with it. Many online forums and groups speak negatively about Thor and the Freedom Elite brand. However, speaking just from our experience alone it has been more than positive.
